DARINA PROKOPETS
Darina Prokopets, Esq. earned a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, in Philosophy of Law and History from Brooklyn College in 2011 and a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in 2015.
Admitted to practice in the State of New York, Darina concentrates on matrimonial and family law, representing clients in contested and uncontested divorces, custody disputes, child support cases, and paternity proceedings. She is passionate about helping clients and representing their interests during what can be extremely stressful times.
In addition to family law, Darina has worked on various immigration matters for the firm, appearing for immigration hearings in USCIS and Immigration Court, and is also experienced in real estate law, having represented buyers, sellers, and lending institutions in residential real estate transactions.
